Privacy Policy
Excel to PDF · Effective September 23, 2026
Excel to PDF converts spreadsheets on your device. We do not receive or upload the spreadsheets or the PDFs you create.
Information handled by the app
You choose which Excel files the app can open. The app reads those files to create previews and PDFs on your device. The app does not send document contents to our servers.
The app saves settings and a list of recent files on your device so you can find your work again. This list can include file names, dates, file locations, and the access information needed to reopen files. You can clear the recent-file list in the app. Exported PDFs are saved to the location you choose and remain under your control.
Analytics and advertising
Excel to PDF does not use our own advertising trackers or analytics service, and it does not create an account with us.
Purchases
If you make an in-app purchase, Apple processes the payment through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may process information under its own privacy policy and terms.
Data retention and deletion
App settings and recent-file information remain on your device until you clear them or remove the app. Removing an item from the recent list does not delete the original spreadsheet or exported PDF. To delete those files, use the Files app or the storage location where you saved them.
Children
Excel to PDF is a general-purpose productivity app and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above indicates the latest version.
